Most of QSS's documentation was in paper format and completed by hand. When business began to increase, QSS management recognised the need to streamline its operations and increase its efficiency. oneit worked with management to analyse their processes then designed a software rostering system tailored to their business.

Soon after the rostering system was implemented, QSS's industry experienced impactful legislative changes. The oneit system was able to support the legislative changes easily and without incident.
