Solution
We developed a sophisticated CRM and workflow system capable of evolving with the business, supporting growth by allowing UNLTD to actively manage, track and analyse everything from leads and inventory, to clients and communication. The new system:
- Assigns leads and prospects to sales representatives
- Creates quotes, produces contracts, tracks conversions and monitors sales
- Interfaces with external parties, such as Western Power, the Clean Energy Council and Federal and State governments for grant applications
- Enables tracking and management of installers, inventory and installations
- Allows installers to use hand-held devices to update inventory via the CRM
- Manages email communications and client interactions
- Provides detailed workflow and CRM reporting and analytics
