Client Database & Program Manager

Women's Healthcare Associations' new Body Esteem Database maintains a record of all client enquiries and assessments and also tracks attendance at programs at the centre.

The Issues

This dynamic and innovative not-for-profit had no way of keeping records of all client enquiries and assessments. They also had no centralised place to book clients into programs or means to run off enquiries and attendance statistics.

The Solution

Our business analyst scoped a system that managed client information and program attendance much more efficiently than in the past. The database allows for all client information to be entered into the database including assessment details and evaluations. The database tracks client progress from initial assessment right through to final evaluation and 'books' clients into selected programs.

The following features are included in this system;

  • Centralised client data storage
  • Statistical reports on enquiries for each program
  • Manages the intake process for the group
  • Produces summary reports on assessment results
  • Secure access to protect sensitive data

Benefits

The database provides Women's Healthcare Association with a centralised point of reference for all client information. It makes retrieving communication history or assessment detail much easier and quicker.

Not only that but the reporting engine provides critical statistical data on enquiries for and attendance at the support programs. This data is often required by stake holders or other fund raising bodies.
