With the New Year approaching, we’ve taken some time out over the last few months to take stock and look back at our successes in delivering our value-added services. But we’ve also been looking forward at how we can improve things, so we add even more value to your organisation.
One of the most significant changes will be the way we manage support for our clients. We already provide post-implementation support, whether you’re on the support plan or not – we’re just a call away. Now though, we’re planning an online support lodgement system that will enable us to prioritise your work and respond more efficiently.
In addition, we’re also initiating a new relationship management programme that will help us touch base with you on a regular basis, to talk about any challenges you’re facing. By keeping our finger on the pulse, we’ll be in a better position to help you respond to challenges and seize opportunities.
Referrals have always underpinned our growth at OneIT, and to celebrate that fact (and reward our loyal clients for their word-of-mouth support) we’re implementing a new referrals process, complete with new referrals rewards. But more about our ‘Menu of Fun’ later...
If you would like to find out more about the changes we’re planning, we’re holding an informal seminar in early February in West Perth, where we’ll launch our new support ticketing system, referrals programme and customer relationship plan, and provide insights into our hosting service.
Join us for more information, as well as drinks, canapés and a gift or two. Simply email Emma on firstname.lastname@example.org to register your interest – we look forward to seeing you there.
‘Project control’ seems to be the buzz word of the moment. And with good reason. Many businesses today – particularly ones that have grown quickly – are desperate to improve project efficiency. With a growing customer base and project pipeline making it harder and harder to deliver on time and within budget, many are looking for software systems that integrate and improve job management and workflow.
We’ve had a host of referrals over the last few months – many for custom project, workflow and job management systems – each with their own client-specific requirements.
One of the recent job management systems we recently developed is for RSA Engineers, who provide site surveys for construction and mining companies. With over 1,200 jobs each year, they were in dire need of an automated, start-to-finish job management system.
The custom system we developed manages the complete project lifecycle and integrates a number of elements, features and functionality, including:
With all costing data in one place, linked directly to projects, RSA’s invoices will now be timely, which will improve cash-flow. What’s more, the ability to create tasks, notifications and alerts for individuals will ensure projects stay on track.
Tim Salter from RSA says, “ We are very excited to deploy our new project portfolio and business management software, we have developed with OneIT. The time and effort saved through the use of this software tool will have an enormous impact on the day to day running of our business.”
The RSA job management system is just one of the many custom job management systems we’ve developed – for more examples, check out our HSS project or Great Aussie Patios case study.
If you’d like an equally efficient and cost-effective system, tailor-made to expedite your projects and minimise risk, delays and costs across your project portfolio, please get in touch for an informal discussion. Call Emma on 9200 4275 or email email@example.com
