Toxfree’s new web-based Candidate Management System integrates with seek.com.au to streamline the application and review process.
Toxfree is one of Australia's leading integrated waste management and industrial service providers. Across 30+ facilities nationwide, they provide innovative and sustainable waste management solutions for all types of commercial, household, industrial, construction and hazardous waste.
Their workforce is over 800-strong, with a large proportion of employees under short-term contracts. Often, when projects come to an end, contractors apply for new positions, thereby complicating the application and review process. With their existing manual system, this was hugely time consuming and increased the risk of error.
Our programmers customised a web-based Candidate Management System to receive, filter and manage all job applications submitted through seek.com.au, with features including:
In addition, we developed a ‘quick-view’ dashboard enabling database administrators to quickly and easily view the status of a particular applicant.
Eliminating the risk and time involved in manual data entry, the new system centralises and streamlines the entire job application process, from initial posting on Seek to candidate correspondence and selection. This makes it easy for new administrators to pick up the process and simplifies the process for existing contractors applying for new projects.
Enhancement proposals are also in the pipeline for the development of a one-button process that will add new jobs to Seek and the database, simultaneously.
