Australia's premier gambling and entertainment group, Tabcorp, was operating four separate websites for each of their distinctive hotel-casino properties in Sydney, Townsville, the Gold Coast and Brisbane. All the sites required a high level of maintenance and none of them featured an integrated online booking system.

Solution

The content management system we developed gave Tabcorp a single powerful platform to support four uniquely designed websites for each of their high-end brands. The new system features:

• An online booking system integrated with Tabcorp’s OPERA hotel management system across all four brands
• Real-time information on room rates, room availability and packages
• Ability to select and book packages and choose add-ons
• Login for guests to amend their bookings online
• Direct integration with OPERA for availability, bookings, and updates
• Seamless integration with Flash, featuring accordions, ferris wheels, slide-shows, carousels and photo galleries

Tabcorp’s marketing departments are now able to add new promotions quickly and easily, thanks to seamless integration with Flash, while the online booking system ensures all reservations are made and amended without the need for any manual intervention. For users, the brand experience is greatly enhanced, not only with Flash features, but also the real-time delivery of the best room rates and packages available.
