This dynamic and innovative not-for-profit had no way of keeping records of all client enquiries and assessments. They also had no centralised place to book clients into programs or means to run off enquiries and attendance statistics.

The database allows for all client information to be entered into the database including assessment details and evaluations. The database tracks client progress from initial assessment right through to final evaluation and 'books' clients into selected programs.
